About Dance Aerobics!

Dance Aerobics is an exciting, healthy, safe and motivating way to get in shape and stay fit. Each course includes: warm up, cardio-dance, upper body strength exercises, cooldown and floor exercises specially designed for a woman's body (abdos, legs, buttocks, thighs) and ends with a relaxing stretch. Since Dance Aerobics is not a competitive sport, each class can accommodate various age and fitness levels, allowing participants to progress at their own speed.

This method of specially adapted exercises has placed Dance Aerobics #1 on the "hit-parade"of ladies' fitness in Switzerland.

 
 
 


About Kids'dance

Kids’dance is our latest method of dance-exercise for the 8 year old and above crowd.

Based on the latest dance moves and hottest music our young participants can heighten their body consciousness and tone up muscles while learning basic dance steps. Kids’dance helps develop a better sense of rhythm; it enhances coordination, tones up and then stretches out those worked out muscles.

Kids’dance is a fun and dynamic way for young people to get in shape and stay there. And our most important message is to have fun while working out!

 
 



About Melody Fit

  • Who have been sedentary for an extended period of time.

  • Who want to have fun while moving to music in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Melody Fit is a new program in the dance company's family, which is geared to the older and perhaps less fit woman. It is a low impact class for women who are looking to exercise in moderation!

Melody Fit is a series of movements designed to gently work all parts of the body. The warm-up is followed by more dynamic, but nevertheless, very low impact exercises. Finally, we work the upper body and then toning exercises for those "tough spots"of a lady's figure. The lesson come to an end with stretching exercises, which protects against muscle cramps! The various steps are easy to learn even after many years of inactivity.

Melody Fit is just what the doctor ordered so your older participants can start exercising and get in shape!
